Bridging to Belonging: Practitioner Training

This is part of the certification to be a Bridging to Belonging practitioner inside your organization.
In this course, we will move back and forth between the big picture view of systems, organizations and communities, and the individual, personal view of change.  Why?  Because, at its heart, every system, organization or community is simply a collection of people, each with their own strengths, experiences, perspectives, needs and contributions to make to creating something together.  As change agents, you need to be able to understand both why individuals behave the way they do, and how the way we come together in systems and communities influences our individual behavior.  Change efforts fail when we do not hold each of these big picture and individual perspectives in tandem.  We cannot disconnect or ignore them.
